first, how did ebay scam you out of that much money…dont let them get away with that.
I got ’scammed’ not by ebay but a seller. Ebay was no help.
I filed a court case it took quite awhlile but I WON and I won more than I had initially lost.
You can file in small claims court and I iwll be happy to share the information with you about my case if it helps…my case was not quite $500.00 bucks, but if you supspect fraud, that can be a felony and you might be allowed to file as such.
I would like to know more about what happened to you.
But you might have a case to file with the postal inspector also if the items were delivered by mail.
If you paid via credit card and you did not get your item you can reverse the charges.
Okay so back to amazon…you can sell used stuff on there.
I buy books from amazon all the time and they have a thing that says you can buy the item used.
It gives you a place where you can describe what it is that you are selling and the condition that it is in.
Amazon does not charge (at least I dont think) anything to list an item but it will cost you more to sell the item.
GO for it.
Also insist upon payment other than personal checks.
Huge scams are ran with them daily
It depends on the item and the site I think. In canada Amazon only sells books, movies, dvd’s, etc. You can sell used things in the Amazon Marketplace. Take a look here….http://www.amazon.ca/gp/help/customer/di…
This is the canadian one, but I’m sure the American (if you need it) would be similar.
I guarantee you that eBay didn’t scam you more likely you made a bad error of judgment.
You can sell used items on Amazon, but you can make the same mistakes on that site.
I truly believe in the products I feature on my website so I became an affiliate and I receive a commission every time someone I refer to their websites purchases these products. This gives me the resources to keep this site going.
