Selling on Amazon: Does Amazon charge the buyer less than it costs to actually ship an item?

Don’t send it priority because people aren’t paying for priority (aka expedited). They’re paying for “media mail” which you can specifically ask for at the post office.

If you want to be reimbursed for priority mail, you have to check the box that says “make expedited available” on each item you post before the final step. You can also check a box on the same page if you want to make things available internationally.

Certain things don’t qualify for media mail, but most things like books, movies, and games should.

A great way to get stuff there faster but not pay priority mail prices is first class. Most times it’s under 3.99 and gets there in just a few days. The item has to be under 1 pound.
